I CAN SEE MY HOUSE FROM HERE RECORDING

Pleased to announce that a radio version of I CAN SEE MY HOUSE FROM HERE will be recorded by the Invisible Theatre Company in July. It's one of my favourite pieces, and I cannot wait to hear (and share) it.

RUNNING A MARATHON

Up to Edinburgh to run in the heat. Should be interesting...

I'm running for a lupus charity, since it's the disease that my mum died of 25 years ago. If you'd like to sponsor me, the site is here: http://www.justgiving.com/vinayruns

EMAIL PROBLEMS

Hey guys -

My email service has been a bit unreliable of late.  Apologies if you've not had a reply to any emails you've sent - I've not received them.

For now, I've switched to my Gmail account : [email protected].

Please contact me there or via Twitter for now.

EDIT: All solved now, I think! Best bet is if you've not heard from me in a day, contact me on the gmail too.

Thanks,

V

BUMP IS DONE

BUMP, I think, was a tiny success. Full houses, and great feedback. It was an exhilarating process, and I'm proud to have been a part of producing a play that so many people seem to have enjoyed.

If you're reading this and you came - you're my hero. If you didn't - you'll hopefully have a chance to redeem yourself in future. Especially big thanks to Maura Rafferty who came to see BUMP after catching TRUE BRITS at HighTide: You give me hope, Maura!

BUMP OPENS TOMORROW

Today was the tech and dress for BUMP. Timothy Stubbs Hughes of Grey Swan Media took some photos, like this one below. More available on the blog, if you're interested.

TRUE BRITS AT HIGHTIDE

An extract of TRUE BRITS was performed at the HighTide Festival, as part of a showcase of the Escalator Writers. The piece was performed by Shane Zaza and directed by Ellen McDougall, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Now psyched up to finish off a proper full draft!
