Right, so can finally announce that my short play SLINGSHOT has been selected for the next Little Pieces of Gold showcase at the shiny new Park Theatre on the 30th September.  It'll be directed by Luke Lutterer, who I've met with once so far and I'm really bloody excited to see it on it's feet, since it's a slight departure from my usual style. I'm pleased to announce that the Jack Studio Theatre have nominated me as their playwright for the Offwestend Adopt A Playwright scheme. Hope to come up with something that'll do them proud.

Today, director Eve D'Alton let me know that I CAN SEE MY HOUSE FROM HERE has been cast, the sound work is underway, and the radio play will be recorded on the 16th July and will hopefully be available to listen to from mid-August.

Today I received an e-mail from the BBC Writersroom telling me that my script for TWENTY MILLION SHIRTS has been longlisted from the last BBC Script Room submission. This means that out of 2,800 odd scripts, it's made the top 5%. Hopefully it can go a bit further, but either way I'm pleased to have gotten this far.

Recording NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED yesterday with Tania Rodrigues, David Shaw-Parker & Lyndsey Melling. Should have it available in a couple of months time.

Just a quick update to say I have a draft of TRUE BRITS completed and tomorrow SHORT, BACK & SIDES is being recorded as a radio drama, though under the name NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED. I'll provide a link when it's done.

Pleased to announce that a radio version of I CAN SEE MY HOUSE FROM HERE will be recorded by the Invisible Theatre Company in July. It's one of my favourite pieces, and I cannot wait to hear (and share) it.
